FIR Against The Lady Who Accused Uttarakhand CM Of Compelling to File Case Against Harak

Uttarakhand’s Chief Minister Harish Rawat’s personal secretary Kamal Singh Rawat has filed a case against the lady who had earlier alleged that she was raped by the former Agriculture minister Harak Singh Rawat but later she changed her statement and said that she was forced by CM and his team to lodge a complaint against Harak at Safdarjung Police Station, New Delhi.

A case has been filed against the lady under section 120 B (criminal conspiracy), 193(false evidence), 385 (putting person in fear of injury in order to commit extortion) of the Indian Penal Code. This has also been confirmed by the SSP Dehradun Sadanand Date, who told, “on basis of complaint a case has been registered and probe started in the matter.”

The lady is said to be from Assam but presently she is living in New Delhi.

An FIR was filed against the rebel leader of Congress who has now joined BJP, Harak by the lady on July 29 and accused him of rape but on Wednesday she relieved Harak of all the charges and accused CM Harish Rawat of forcing her to file a case against Harak Singh Rawat.
